Our staff are key to our success and the ongoing support of our clients. We have built a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about what they do. We support them through ongoing training and career advancement opportunities, competitive remuneration packages and a healthy and safe work environment.

Safety

AgField is dedicated to the safety of our people, the contractors with whom we engage and visitors to our sites. We have successfully embedded safety into all aspects of our work practices so that it is part of our workplace culture rather than safety for safety sake. We ensure staff are trained for the tasks they do, have well maintained and appropriate equipment to undertake tasks as well as the personal protective equipment required for them to safely carry out their duties.

Our staff know and understand their safety responsibilities and feel safe in reporting incidents or concerns via toolbox talks, our safety app or directly with our safety officer or their manager. We have established sound risk management practices and our systems support a culture of safety rather than many that often stifle workplace safety.
