AgField Services is seeking highly motivated three casual Mechanics and/or Maintenance Assistants to join the team for our upcoming 2026 Almond Harvest which runs from January to end of April 2026.
You will be required to assist the team in repairing our fleet of almond harvest equipment, which includes a range of Flory, Weiss McNair, Jack Rabbit, OMC and Kubotas. This role is varied, busy and hands on, it requires flexibility, multi-tasking and a can do attitude. This is our busiest but most exciting time of year.
Days of work will be Monday to Saturday working 10-12 hours per day and so is a great opportunity to earn some money in a great little country town.

The personal attributes required for this role include:
- A sense of urgency and ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast paced and changing environment; and
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
The position requires a person with farming expertise as well as:
- Mechanical or agricultural maintenance experience;
- Driver’s licence and own car to travel to and from work; and
- Ability to be flexible with hours of work including overtime and weekend work until end of April 2026.
Remuneration
Competitive casual wages, including overtime, dependent on experience.
